Our Mission

To treat mental and physical illness using standard of care practices. To be sensitive to our patients’ life situations, when to do so might improve their care. To promote wellness behavior and personal responsibility for health maintenance. To document care sufficiently for effective communication between caregivers and auxiliary personnel. To provide such services without compromising the well being of the providers and auxiliary staff themselves.

Medical Services

Open Access Appointments

Open Access allows the patient to make Same-Day appointments with their provider, depending on the availability of the daily schedules. Open Access will allow the patient to access care with their provider on the same day as opposed to days, weeks, or even months in advance.

We are hoping to decrease the DNKA (Did Not Keep Appointment) Rates at least by half every month.
Studies have shown that Open Access helps medical facilities operate more efficiently and increases capacity to care for patients.
