Big Hole Memorial

August 9, 2017

On August 9, 1877 gun shots shattered a chilly dawn on a sleeping camp of Nez Perce. By the time the smoke cleared on August 10, almost 90 Nez Perce were dead along with 31 soldiers and volunteers. Big Hole National Battlefield was created to honor all who were there.

Veterans Day – Closure Notice

Veterans Day, formerly known as Armistice Day, was originally set as a U.S. legal holiday to honor the end of World War I, which officially took place on November 11, 1918. Nimiipuu Health will be closed November 10th 2017 for Veterans Day. Business will resume Monday November 13th 2017.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day – NMPH Closure Notice

Nimiipuu Health will be closed the January 15th for Martin Luther King Day. Business will resume Tuesday the 16th. Martin Luther King Jr. was born on January 15, 1929, in Atlanta, Georgia.
